How we separate signal from noise

We score filings on three axes: technical specificity (does the claim describe a measurable, reproducible mechanism?), commercial reachability (does the assignee have the manufacturing or partnership path to deploy?), and cross-modality independence (is the invention tied to a single qubit modality or does it generalise?). Filings that score high on all three are the ones worth watching.
